How will my order be shipped?
O&Lo ships all orders via Canada Post. We do our very best to process and ship all orders received within 1-3 business days from the date your order is placed.

How long will shipping take and how much will shipping cost?
We offer two shipping speeds in Canada.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do provide express shipping using Canada Post Xpresspost, which takes 1 to 3 Business Days.

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How will I know if my order has been shipped? 
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with all of the tracking information.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email and tracking number? 
This doesn’t happen often, but there are a few potential reasons why you may not have received a confirmation email from us. You may have accidentally misspelled your email address, or your email settings may have sent our email to your SPAM folder.

How can I change my shipping address? 
As soon as we receive your order, we begin to process your order for shipment. However, if you contact us before your item is shipped (typically within 24 hours) we can try to change the shipping address. Please email us with your order number and details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available as a special service at a cost, on an individual basis. Please email us at with your request.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. So, w
e have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We'll also need to be able to confirm proof of purchase from O&Lo.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping expenses are one of the most challenging aspects of managing an online store. As a result, when returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We wish we could offer a more "Amazon-like" service, but that simply is not possible. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service when you are shipping a return. We want to ensure we receive your return without any trouble.

You can use the original packaging and Canada Post to return the product to us.
