Who can I contact to inquire about an order?

How will my order be shipped?
O&Lo ships all orders via Canada Post. We do our very best to process and ship all orders received within 1-3 business days from the date your order is placed.

How long will shipping take and how much will shipping cost?
We offer two shipping speeds in Canada.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do provide express shipping using Canada Post Xpresspost, which takes 1 to 3 Business Days.

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with all of the tracking information.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email and tracking number?
This doesn’t happen often, but there are a few potential reasons why you may not have received a confirmation email from us. You may have accidentally misspelled your email address, or your email settings may have sent our email to your SPAM folder.

How can I change my shipping address?
As soon as we receive your order, we begin to process your order for shipment. However, if you contact us before your item is shipped (typically within 24 hours) we can try to change the shipping address. Please email us with your order number and details.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us right away if for some reason you are not satisfied. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if it is unopened and in accordance with our return requirements. You must notify O&Lo before attempting to return an item, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please visit our return policy page for complete instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How do I know if the items I want are in stock?
All items on our website are in stock, unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items are clearly marked as “Sold Out". We try to replenish out of stock items as quickly as we can, so check back for availability. Please also feel free to contact us about product availability.

Will you be updating the selection of products?
Yes, we are always on the lookout for fresh new items. If there’s something you’ve come across that you think is adorable and we should carry it, let us know.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available as a special service at a cost, on an individual basis. Please email us.
